SHIPPING POLICY

Peninsula (Spain and Portugal)

Our shipments are free as long as the purchase made, after discounts and taxes, exceeds € 35. Purchases that do not exceed € 35 will have a shipping cost of € 4.50 at the customer’s expense (the shopping cart includes this expense automatically).

The shipment is made through a transport agency.

Orders confirmed before 2:00 p.m. will be delivered within 24-48 hours (weekdays), orders confirmed after 2:00 p.m. will be delivered in 48-72 hours. The order confirmation (verification of stock and payment) will reach the customer via email, after the purchase. Be careful, some email providers place this type of notification in the spam tray, solving it is very easy, tell your email provider that our emails are wanted.

We do not deliver to PO boxes. 

Canaries, Balearics, Ceuta and Melilla

Our shipments are free as long as the purchase made, after discounts and taxes, exceeds € 100. Purchases that do not exceed € 100 will have a shipping cost of € 6.50 at the customer’s expense (the shopping cart includes this expense automatically). Shipping is delivered by CORREOS ‘Paquete azul’ (Blue Package).

Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM will be delivered within 7 business days, orders confirmed after 2:00 PM will be delivered within 8 business days. The order confirmation (verification of stock and payment) will reach the customer via email, after the purchase. Be careful, some email providers place this type of notification in the spam tray, solving it is very easy, tell your email provider that our emails are wanted.

We do not deliver to PO boxes.

Attention: BestDiet neither informs nor assumes the customs costs that the relevant authority or the post office may require from the client for the management and / or delivery of products, these costs must be borne by the client and will not be a justifying reason for canceling the order.

EEC Countries 

For shipments to countries of the EEC (European Economic Community), please contact us via email at atencionalcliente@bestdiet.es. The minimum amount of this type of order is € 100, the shipment is made by priority international parcel from Correos and the cost of the shipment is calculated individually, as it differs depending on the weight and volume of the order. Payment for this type of order must be made in advance via bank transfer. The order management can only be done in Spanish, French or English. Attention: BestDiet neither informs nor assumes the customs costs that the pertinent authority or post office may require from the client for the management and / or delivery of the products, these costs must be assumed by the client and will not be a justifying reason for canceling the order.

Pour les livraisons aux pays de la CEE (Commission économique Européenne), veuillez nous contacter par email atencionalcliente@bestdiet.es. Le montant minimum de ce type de commandes est de 100€, les livraisons sont faites par colis international prioritaire de la Poste et les frais de livraison sont calculés individuellement, car ils peuvent varier en fonction du poids et du volume de la commande. Le paiement de ce type de commandes doit être fait à l’avance par virement bancaire. La gestion de la commande peut seulement être faite en espagnol, en français ou en anglais. Attention : BestDiet ne précise pas et n’assume pas les frais douaniers que les autorités compétentes/la poste pourraient réclamer au client pour la gestion et/ou livraison des produits ; ces frais sont à la charge du client et ne peuvent en aucun cas justifier l’annulation de la commande.

Other destinations

We regret to inform you that BestDiet does not currently deliver to destinations other than those mentioned above. We apologise for the inconvenience.Purchases in the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will always have a shipping cost of €18 to be borne by the customer (the shopping cart automatically includes this cost). The shipment is made by CORREOS ‘Paquete azul’ whenever possible.

Orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be delivered within an approximate period of between 8 and 15 business days (Indicate that for this area these are approximate periods since delivery depends on the transport companies). The order confirmation (verification of stock and payment) will reach the customer by email, after the purchase. Be careful, some email providers put these types of notifications in the spam box, the solution is very easy, tell your email provider that our emails are not wanted.
